Nominations

Â鶹¹ÙÍø faculty and undergraduate students are invited to nominate a full-time faculty member for Â鶹¹Ù꿉۪s 2026 Mentor of the Year award at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. This award recognizes two outstanding faculty members who have made significant contributions to the academic and creative development of students. One award will honor a faculty member who has mentored student research, while the other will recognize a faculty member who has supervised student creative activity, offering both professional and intellectual guidance. These mentors play a crucial role in helping students develop their ideas, pursue their passions, and navigate their scholarly and creative journeys.

Nominations should highlight the key qualities of the faculty member’s mentorship, providing background information and, where possible, anecdotes that illustrate how the mentor made a meaningful impact on the success of an individual student or a group of students. The focus should be on demonstrating how the faculty mentor’s support contributed to the growth of students’ academic or creative endeavors at an advanced level. Nominations are invited from faculty and current or former students.
